Modern women are increasingly occupying leadership positions in politics and business, having a significant impact on geopolitical, economic and social processes.

Today, in a ranking compiled by Forbes, the most influential women of the world in 2015. There are a hundred names in the full list, among which one Russian is Elvira Nabiullina on the 71st line.
